As a courtesy, our team can provide free training to your office staff - or a designated staff - in how to properly check and attach insurance verification to your patients account. We allow your staff to have full contact with us in-case of any questions or concerns about your patients.
Full benefit breakdowns are not always available online, and when your staff calls to speak to a representative, the wait times can range from 20-45 minutes per verification. Time that could be better spent focusing on other duties within the office or caring for your patients. If you prefer to keep the responsibility of insurance verification & credentialing to us, then we offer additional price packages that fit your office needs.
